Sleep Blue!

Because our bodies are subjected to so much artificial light during the day and for most people, well into the evening the suprachiasmatic nucleus(or nuclei) (SCN), a pair of distinct groups of cells located in the hypothalamus which control the Circadian rhythm stop functioning the way they should naturally. Sleep Blue may help to reset this function and helps you fall asleep naturally. Sleep Blue works on anyone. Great for babies, toddlers, young and old.

Simple to Use

After you download and install the app, simply select the options you would like to use, turn off the lights and place your mobile device on your nightstand next to your bed. Your device will project blue light onto the ceiling and the walls close to it. You will need to make sure you are comfortable and able to view one of the walls being washed with light. If you sleep on your side you may want to place the device across the room on a wall that you can view. Once you have found a good place for display, lay down and go to sleep.
